Annual General Meeting of AHCB

The Association of Honorary Consuls in Bulgaria held a regular annual General Meeting of the members of the Association on September 16, 2024 at the Hilton Hotel Sofia.

Special guests were H.E. Mr. Ivan Kondov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria and H.E. Mrs. Boryana Simeonova, Director of the State Protocol Directorate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The meeting was held with the following agenda:

1.       Adoption of the annual report of the Management Board for 2023;

Report by Mr. Borislav Boyanov, Chairman of the Management Board of the Association

2.       Adoption of the Annual Financial Report for 2023;

Report by Mr. Borislav Boyanov, Chairman of the Management Board of the Association and Auditor of APKB

3.       Acquaintance with the Association's plan for 2024/2025;

Report by Mr. Borislav Boyanov, Chairman of the Management Board of the Association

4.        Miscellaneous.
