The second meeting for 2019 of the Association of the Honorary Consuls in Bulgaria, was with special guest Mr Ognian Zlatev, Head of Representation of the European Commission in Bulgaria. Among the subjects discussed were Brexit, EU and the Balkan region, European Foreign policy, Bulgaria and the EU, ERM and others.
