In the beginning of July, Mr. Borislav Boyanov, Honorary Consul General of the Republic of Malta and Eng. Plamen Panchev - Honorary Consul of the Republic of Kazakhstan, were lecturers within the diplomacy course for trainee attachés of The Diplomatic Institute at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The meetings were extremely inspiring for the young Bulgarian diplomats, who were encouraged to dare to change towards a better future for our country and to rely on their will and ambition in their diplomatic career. There was huge interest in the role of the honorary consuls and how to better represent Bulgaria to the world.
