Prof. Ivan Todorov is founder and a senior partner of one of the leading Bulgarian law firms “Georgiev, Todorov & Co.” and has been involved in a number of significant international arbitration cases. He has graduated in Law from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. He specialised in the University of South Carolina and the governmental AOTS in Tokyo, Japan. He is an honorary citizen of Columbia, the capital of South Carolina. Radostina Ivanova – Mishineva is the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Austria in Burgas, Varna and Dobrich since 2017. In the period 2001 - 2004 she was Deputy Governor of a Burgas Region, and in 2004 - 2005 she was an advisor in the Political Cabinet of the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works.She is a Deputy Chairman and subsequently a member of the Management Board of the Burgas Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Mr. Konstantin Daradanov was born on September 22, 1959 in the city of Varna. There, he graduated from the First Language High School with a golden medal. He is fluent in English and Russian and with basics in German and French. In 1978-1980 he served in the Navy. In 1985 he graduated from the University of National and World Economy with a Master degree in International Economic Relations. In 1985 he started working in FTO "Koraboimpex" as a foreign trade employee and reached the position of a Deputy Director of Directorate. Since 1991 he is a major shareholder in Deneb Invest Ltd. He has a practical experience in the area of import-export of complete projects, materials, anti-corrosion paints and coatings, technological and marine equipment and spare parts as well as fleet management of merchant ships. Since 2005 Mr. Daradanov has been an owner and manager of business also in Romania. In the period 2002-2019 he was the Honorary Consul of Sweden in Bulgaria, since 2005 he is the Honorary Consul of Norway and since 2007 he is also the Honorary Consul of Denmark. Dr. Racho Ribarov is the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Lithuania in Bulgaria, with headquarters in Sofia and a consular district covering the entire country. In the periods 2009-2013 and 2013-2014, Kouroumbashev was a Member of Parliament from the Coalition for Bulgaria in the 41st and 42nd National Assemblies, respectively. Hristo Chepishev has been the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Maldives in the Republic of Bulgaria since 2022. Eng. Veselin Chipev is the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Moldova in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, with consular district covering the regions of Plovdiv, Haskovo and Stara Zagora. As an entrepreneur operating on the territory of Bulgaria and Moldova, he supports numerous events related to the strengthening of friendly relations between the two countries, especially in the field of culture. Ms. Venceslava Yanchovska is the Manager of Innovation Norway’s office in Bulgaria. Innovation Norway is a state owned entity under the Norwegian Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries and the Norwegian County Municipalities, and is the Norwegian Government’s main instrument for innovation and development of Norwegian enterprises and industry, both domestic and abroad. Together with the EEA Grants team in Oslo, Ms. Venceslava Yanchovska is involved in the operation and administration of programmes in Bulgaria, part of the Norwegian Financial Mechanism (Norway Grants). Ms. Evgenia Popescu graduated in Electrical Engineering and Electronics from the State Technical University in Bucharest. Since 2005, she has been the Honorary Consul of Romania, representing the country, increasing authority, promoting achievements in various fields and defending the rights of Romanian citizens. Since 1992 she has been the owner and manager of EP-Commerce Ltd., the company's activity is related to wholesale of chemical products and manufacturing, trade in rolling stock - in general, as well as their components - locomotives and wagons, parts, assemblies and units used in wagon and locomotive construction. Since 2004 Ms. Popescu is a member of the women's international organization Zonta International, which has a permanent representation in the Council of Europe and the United Nations. Dr. Eng. Dimitar Beleliev, Chairperson of the Management Board of CERB EAD, has nearly 30 years of experience as a manager and investor in the energy sector.

Since 2002 he has been the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the oldest and largest Bulgarian enterprise for maintenance of large generating capacities in the energy sector and the only one on the Balkan Peninsula – CENTRAL ENERGY REPAIR BASE (CERB) EAD. 2020 was the year of establishment of AmonRa Energy AD – a certified center for products and solutions in the solar energy industry and the first photovoltaic company listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, BEAM segment.

Dr. Eng. Dimitar Beleliev is the Chairperson of the Board of the Bulgarian Association of Electrical Engineering and Electronics (BASEL), Chairperson of the Control Council of the Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria (since 2014 to date), Chairperson of the Board of the Bulgarian-Ukrainian Friendship and Cooperation Association (since 2005), as well as a member of the Board of the Scientific – engineering union of power engineers in Bulgaria (since 2016 to date).

Mr. Georgi Gergov was born on December 12, 1956. in the village of Nivyanin, Vratsa region. He graduated from the Higher Argar University in Plovdiv, majoring in Agricultural Engineering, master's degree. Since 1990 he began to engage in private business. In the following years he became the owner of enterprises in the food industry and agribusiness. He later redirected his investments to tourism. He is now one of the leading Bulgarian entrepreneurs in this field. He owns a hotel and a restaurant in Plovdiv and is the founder of the National Confederation of the Tourism Industry, as well as the National Board of Tourism. Since 2007 Mr. Gergov is the executive director, and since 2009 he is a Chairman of the Board of Directors of Plovdiv International Fair AD - the largest exhibition center in Bulgaria. He is currently a Plenipotentiary of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Plovdiv International Fair AD. On May 27, 2008, he officially took office as Honorary Consul of the Russian Federation in Plovdiv, Smolyan, Kardzhali, Haskovo and Stara Zagora. Mr. Georgi Spasov was born on March 13, 1946 in the city of Sofia. In 1968 he graduated from VVVU "Georgi Benkovski" with a degree in pilot engineering. Until 1980 he has served in the Air Force of the People's Republic of Bulgaria. Since 1980 until 1990 Mr. Spassov has worked in an enterprise for specialized aviation services at BGA Balkan as a pilot and chief pilot. Since 1990 until now he has been the Executive Director of Heli Air AD, and since 2000 a majority owner as well. The airline specializes mainly in the aviation provision of humanitarian and peacekeeping missions of the UN, WFP and other non-governmental organizations. In this way, for more than 20 years they have provided missions in Darfur, Sudan. This activity required Mr. Spassov to contact the administration of the Republic of Sudan. In 2018 at the suggestion of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Sudan he was nominated for Honorary Consul of the Republic of Sudan in Bulgaria. In parallel with Heli Air, he has founded several other companies that deal with investment projects mainly in Bulgaria. For the last 10 years he has been sponsoring some of the projects of the Sofia Opera and Ballet. Petar Mandjoukov was born in Plovdiv in 1942. He is a graduate engineer in "Technology of Mechanical Engineering" at the University of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (MEI) in Sofia. In 1979 he graduated in "Foreign Trade" at the Higher Institute of Economics in Sofia. He speaks French, English and Russian. For many years he worked in the field of mechanical engineering and foreign trade as a director and representative of leading companies in the country and abroad. Following a proposal of various business organizations and a decision of the Council of Ministers and Decree № 228 of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria, Petar Mandjoukov was awarded the highest order of the Republic of Bulgaria "Stara Planina", I degree, for his charity work and merits for the development of the international relations and the cooperation of the Republic of Bulgaria with the peoples of Russia and the CIS and on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of his birth.
